TUMELESS GOD: SPECIALIST IN IMPOSSIBILITIES

"Oh God, make my impact on my generation be far greater than the capacity that is within me."

This was a prayer topic in church yesterday with the anchor verse taken from
Psalm 71:18 KJV
"Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come."

Old age is a time where one is perceived to be frail, having little or strength at all to keep up with the hustle and bustle that is life, a time to retire and rest let the young ones take over.
And the sighting of gray hairs serves as a vivid reminder that old age is upon us, a thing some people dread.
Nobody expects am old man to do much.

But here was the Psalmist pleading with God to use him, even in his old age, to impact his generation and the ones after him.
How enthralling!

If God could use an old man, why can't he use you ?
My fav song when I'm faced with challenges that try to limit God in my life...
'I have no doubt my God can do the impossible.
I know he can; I've seen him do it.
He can turn the mess you're in to an awesome miracle.
I know he can; I've seen him do it.
Whatever problem you've got,
If you just give it to God, he'll work it out.
How do I know?
I've seen him do it.'

Impossible is nothing with God.

Remain blessed.
